      This review will be a little different than one you may typically see. We ended up purchasing a home far away from the Six Lakes area, but I feel compelled to share my positive experience with Julie Flor. My wife and I have moved (bought and sold) 5 times in 15 years and have dealt with many realtors. My personal opinion is that a buyer's agent is so much more important - especially when you don't know the area. Julie Flor was the ultimate buyer's agent: She asked all of the right questions (some of which we hadn't even thought to ask ourselves). She informed us about everything we asked and much more. She was always available for the simple questions as much as she was for the big ones. If she had another client or meeting, Julie was always quick to get back. She never once made us feel like we were burdening her with questions. She armed us with information. For job-location related reasons we ended up purchasing a home elsewhere, and Julie never made us feel guilty for that situation; instead worked to hook us up with possible agents in the area just to make our lives easier (no commission, no finders-fee etc. Just helping us). I end my review by saying this: if I knew anyone that was thinking of purchasing anywhere in the Six Lakes area, I would, without hesitation, guide them to Julie Flor. A true professional with a personal and caring attitude. Thank You, Julie for all you do!

      John Flor was great to work with! I spoke with a couple of agents, and decided on John’s agency because he was personable, knowledgeable, and confident. He responded promptly to my initial contact and every time I contacted him. He sold my house quickly, and kept me updated each step of the way. I also appreciated that he was never pushy or brash, and always put me at ease. Everyone at the office was very friendly. I highly recommend Six Lakes Realty! Thanks so much, John!
