Very good customer service. The app works great and I have access to everything I need overall. Scott is a good guy too and helped me with my signing for a loan. I do wish you can do a mobile deposit greater than 1500 though.

Great customer service :) This review is pertaining to the online member account website which is very outdated compared to other banks and credit union member accounts. The most annoying thing is not having access to any of your account numbers! You would have to have checks or bank statements or call the bank to obtain your account numbers which is really inefficient. As a customer I should easily be able to obtain my account information when I log online. Hoping this can be changed or I will be switching credit unions.
