      This companydeserveszero stars. My best friend mentioned to me that she was working towards student loan forgiveness. As a student loan counselor for a non-profit, the terms she described did not sound legit. I did a little research and if you go to their website, it explicitly says on the bottom that they are not affiliated with the Department of Education. Also, they give borrowers the impression that they will be making payments to the loan servicer on their behalf. Nothing could be further from the truth. Basically this is a document preparation company where they charge borrowers hundreds of dollars for a several months and $40 a month thereafter. The fact is, borrowers can apply for income-driven plans on their own at studentaid.gov and do not need a third party company to prepare this application for them. Also, they're charged $40 a month for recertification of their income-driven application. That process is only done once a year so the fact that they are charged a monthly fee is unconscionable. This company should be shut down for fraudulent and deceptive practices. Do not I repeat, DO NOT give this company your money.
