After speaking with loan officers at two local banks, I was uncomfortable moving forward with either of them for the refinancing of our home. I’d been given erroneous information by one and was not hearing back in a timely manner from the other. Upon the recommendation of a real estate attorney, I contacted Scott Liebkemann of Slade Mortgage. Scott turned out to be an excellent choice! He was able to answer all our questions, offered good advice, and handled the entire process with exceptional customer service. Slade’s loan processors were also pleasant and efficient. I’ve not only purchased a number of homes myself over the years, but as a Realtor, I’ve seen more than my share of lenders! And, unfortunately, things do not always go smoothly. I wish all my clients had used Slade Mortgage! I’m happy to highly recommend both Scott Liebkemann and Slade Mortgage.
