I cannot believe this happened but I was scammed and I consider myself incredibly savvy. I went to their website and it was completely different than it was a month ago and my "servicers" # and their main number are now out of oder. I will be reporting Mark Hudson and SLD solutions!

They contacted me about consolidating my student loan. Sent a contract and didn't hear back for several months. I noticed they were charging me a monthly fee the week after signing the contract. I contacted them to find out about how to start making payments and information on my loan as it was still listed under my other loan provider. They told me to review my contract. No information about payments but continued to draw the service fee. Still couldn't get anyone to contact me. Finally I stopped my payment method and requested a refund. Have yet to hear responses from text, email, or phone. I've called multiple contacts that they have "listed" as specialists in my account. VERY DISSATISFIED! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
