      Run the other way! The people that work here only see you as a number not a customer. I don't have the patience to go into detail but because of a mistake and absolutely no follow up on there end, I somehow ended up having my house insured by two insurance companies brokered through these folks. I didn't find out about that untill my escrow account went way negative because of the double insurance billing. I will eventually get a refund but now the low escrow account has impacted my monthly mortgage payment, it's increased a few hundred dollars a month. This is the last time they will have any of my business.
