      Run, very unprofessional. I missed several deadlines due to their negligence and not checking their emails daily. My agent went days without them communicating with him especially after he has sent documents for them to sign. Karen is very unprofessional and I am still waiting on a wire transfer that I should've received days ago. Now waiting on hearing back from one of the partners to see when they are sending my money. Do Not use them go with another company! Plus after I closed and signed all of my documents (thinking) I did close, my agent calls me days later and states that I actually didn't close yet because the sellers whom were suppose to sign (before) me actually still didn't sign even days later. Who does that! Just saying! Run

      They did not reach out to discuss MD withholding taxes 21 days before closing like they should; they got the final MD withholding tax amount wrong on the final sheets and I had to send an email to correct it; they also do not turn the water off before or by settlements like many other title companies. Also lack customer service- avoid this title company.
