      Worst possible experience dealing with a fraudulent charge in my account. It was blatantly obvious that I did not make the charge and yet they still charged me the amount. I showed them clear evidence it was not me including having other attempted charges and having to get a new card and they didn't care and left me to try and fight it with the online vender. Goodbye SmartBank...you lost a longtime client!
