      Usually no line. 2-4 drive thru windows open, ATM next to drive thru in back. Also access to N. Atlantic Street in back. Very friendly.

      Worst bank I have ever experienced. Took $500 for literally no reason, claimed we had to file a dispute to get it resolved. For something that was THEIR fault. Refused to let me do the dispute through the drive through (I have a newborn and 2 year old) most places are accommodating to stuff like that. So I guess we’re supposed to just kiss $500 away because of this sorry excuse of a bank. Oh and the people you deal with there are absolutely terrible. I will never recommend this so called bank.

      For some reason, I’m having trouble posting this verified review. Dealing with the Branch Manager of Sales at Tullahoma branch was a difficult experience. A simple paperwork issue turned into a six week fiasco. I went over her head to the legal Dept and got all done in 48 hrs. I have since closed all accts and when CD’s mature, will transfer them to my local bank. Poor service, poorer communication ending in rudeness. C. Hudspeth. It's now been a 1 month. Smart Bank responded that they would contact me. I replied " I doubt it" . You are correct, They didn't. But I did close all accounts and dealt with a great team at Smart Bank Destin. It just shows what good management can do, something Smart bank Tullahoma does NOT have......... C Hudspeth
