      I worked with Stephanie Fronk and she made the process so easy! Even though I ran into a few technical issues with forms but she walked me through and made it dummy proof. Then they found a title company very close to my house so we didn't have to run all over the state! I would recommend working with them to all my friends and family

      We chose to have Christal Bowlby do a Reverse Mortgage for us. We are retired and looking for ways to free up some cash each month. Christal did a wonderful job for us. Getting a Reverse Mortgage was the best decision we could have made. Being retired and on a fixed income it enabled us to free up an extra $900.00 each month to play on. The bonus was an additional line of credit we plan to use for emergency funds. It's there any time we need it if an emergency were to arise. We ran into a few issues along the way but Christal was there at each turn to guide us through. We would recommend SmartLink Financial to anyone.
