      poor poor poor customer service. I left messages for over a week, called, emailed... no answer. when I finally selected another selection using their recording, I finally got a person. I was happy to have someone was speaking professionally but was met with an extremely rude person. There were loud noises in background of other people talking in their office and kept insisting she couldn't hear me because of my phone(which was really annoying). When I would begin talking she kept cutting me off. luckily, I was calling about my recently paid in full account so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I was going to use them for my new auto loan but forget it! There is competition out there...check them out first.
