Brad and Rachel were absolutely phenomenal, any and every possible question i had they answered for me. They truly went above and absolutely beyond during the entire process. Always only a phone call away i dont recall a single time they didn't answer or immediately call me back. They always address me by name when i called because they took the time to develop a personal relationship. This exceptional service also extends throughout the entire company. Jeremy and Jessica who handled the collection of all my information and forms were just as wonderful. I may not be in the market for a home for awhile but the moment i decide to there is absolutely no question whom i will trust with my business. They promised to help us a year after our bankruptcy was discharged. I just had to keep my credit up and i did then messaged them back and now another year!!!!! Really upsetting... How u promise then go back on ur word not good reputation!!!!! Lies!!!!!
