      I Had To Experience Their Bad Customer Service Through My Mom. My Mom Went There To Talk To Them About Her Policy With Them. Richard Was On The Phone Talking For 30 Minutes And Never Came Out To See Us. His Secretary Said He Would Be On The Phone A Long Time. I Left A Number For Him To Call Never Heard From Him. The Secretary Was Also Rude. I'm Going To Report Them To The BBB.
