  Do not use them as your loan officer. My husband and I made that mistake and received notification that our personal information was released. This includes our social security number, our income and home address. Do yourself a favor and find another location to process your loan.

We do not have any information associated with your name in any of our file systems and do not have a loan application on file.   Snap Home Loans has both helped me finance my house and refinance when a better rate was available. Tristen and his team has taken amazing care with both projects and we're communicative, flexible, and most importantly trustworthy. As someone who has zero experience with home financing, they made sure to explain every part of the process so I could understand. Even when I informed them I was shopping around for better rates, they continued to inform me of different ways I could save money with other companies. It was clear that they valued my time and my money, even though it was possible they might not have had my business. I think that speaks volumes to both their integrity and trustworthiness. If I ever need home financing, I know they will be my first call.
