I emailed Susan Hickey twice (August 21st and then August 30th) and she was unresponsive. I called her this morning to inquire about a property (thinking her email may have went to spam) and she was extremely rude on the phone. She told me she had no time to answer any questions regarding her listing on Pepper Road and the only reason why she took the call was because she thought I was a moving company. I never heard back from her. Ms Hickey, what goes around comes around. I was a cash buyer coming to vermont to look at homes and you blew it. I hope whoever is reading this will rethink listing with this woman. She clearly is a poor example of a proper real estate agent. Lastly, I spoke with her broker and he couldn’t answer any questions about the property either. He said he would get back to me and never did. I think I will stay in LA and NY - Scary to think there are such bad realtors out in the world like this.
