      The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. They offer many different checking account options for a more individualized experience. The drive thru is wide and the ATM is separate from the main building which helps keep the traffic congestion to a minimum. With a large parking lot which offers both handicapped parking and first responders parking, banking at Solidarity is easier than ever.

      When I first opened my account I signed forms for overdraft protection. Now half a year later “they don’t have anything on file” And bills that I thought would have been bounced were accepted and they are not willing to help. They do not care about their members staff at both locations in Kokomo are rude and inconsiderate. Will never bank through them again.

      I've had my car loan with them for almost 4 years now and had multiple issues. The staff is very unfriendly everytime I spoke with them. They do not offer assistance in hard times or understand that hard times do occur in life. When I started my loan with them I was never told my due date of my payments until receiving a letter a month after it was due. I have contacted them or responded whenever I was going to be late and they claim I never spoke to them. Horrible customer service and just rude. Wouldnt recommend and changing my loan to somewhere better!
