      worst credit union i’ve ever dealt with. did not reach out when my insurance sent them the wrong document, raised my interest rate without telling me, never called me or tried to contact me when a problem/ issue arose, etc. if you’re stationed here (MILITARY) STAY AWAY. it’s like absolutely no education is required to get a job at this place, every time i deal with them i feel like im talking to someone in a mock-finance highschool class. would give 0 stars if possible.
