  Sophie is an exceptionally smart realtor! We sold our condo with her. When we approached her, she sent us detailed timeline of what to expect when. She and her team of professionals are always there to help you. She came to inspect the condo and suggested few value adding upgrades. She guided us throughout the process. She has a strong network and she promotes your listing on multiple channels. We received a pre-emptive offer within 2 hours of listing before the scheduled open house. We accepted the offer and we didn't even have to conduct open house. Even after a month, the offer is still the highest in the neighborhood. We highly recommend Sophie!

  We have worked with Sophie and her team multiple times. She helped us buy one house and sell two houses. Sophie and her team are super organized, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. For the recent selling one, her team did a fantastic job staging and marketing our house. We received multiple offers after the first open house even though the market was getting very slow. Sophie helped us negotiate a much better price and sold our house pretty quickly at an extremely top price. The whole process went very smoothly. We highly recommend Sophie and her team to anyone who wants to buy or sell your house. Sophie is an excellent and trustworthy realtor in the Bay Area!

  I have worked with Sophie and her team for buying our new house and selling our rental house. Sophie and her team are very process oriented and ethical. They made both buying and selling hassle free. Even in this tough market she was able to sell our house 10-12% higher than our Neighbours.
