      This is a great little bank and treats the customer with an abundance of patience. It normally takes time when waiting on me, because I am the one that usually needs their help. Thanks Dogwood.

      The sorriest excuse for a bank that exists. If you can get past the fact that they don't have ANY atms and shut down most of their branches, they will change their terms on you without any notice. When I joined, YEARS ago, the terms were that any time your account was over drafted, as long as your account was positive by end of business day you wouldn't be charged. I had several bills hit my checking account at once and was overdrafted yesterday. I deposited more than enough to be back in the green, and woke up today to three overdraft fees. When I called about it today, not only did they tell me there was nothing they could do, the banker even told me that if she were me, she'd get a new bank. This company is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

      "Dogwood" as they now call it is a cesspool of disappointment. The customer service is just horrific and every employee there acts as if they expect you to wash their feet before they can help a common person like yourself . Online banking is a nightmare as well. If you are considering this branch and institution prepare to be humbled and to have your inner rage operating at peak performance.
