  Andrew was INCREDIBLE to work with! For starters, he agreed to meet us for a consultation on New Year's Eve when we were in town 'on vacation' prior to moving to the area. In Mid February, we were in the area and actively looking at homes for a period of about 4 days when we finally put in an offer. Over the course of looking at these homes, Andrew showed me things of concern to look out for that I wouldn't have even known were BIG RED FLAGS. Things such as below grade wood, poorly designed roofing that would eventually cause issues down the road, potential flooding hazards in a converted carport to a 'living space', HVAC equipment that was very old or out of code that could be a problem sooner rather than later. By the time we found THE home, he helped us put in a strong offer that was still below asking price (which is rare right now, in a tight housing market.) We had issued with the VA appraisal which affected how much cash we would have to come out of pocket for. He helped us challenge the appraisal which reduced our out of pocket cost. We also ran into a hiccup with timing of closing due to the home going in to probate. He helped us work a deal out with the seller's agent so we could 'preoccupy/rent' the home while we waited for approval from the judge for the home to be sold. Andrew handled so many things that as a buyer, I wouldn't have known how to navigate on my own. He referred us to a local lender that treated us a like a person, and not a number. That came in REALLY handy when we had some last minute curveballs thrown at us that threatened our deal to fall through. All that being said, I'm super impressed with Andrew's knowledge, expertise, and compassion that helped us land our dream home. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team. You will NOT be disappointed.

  I am very pleased to the swift response of this team. Most of the help given to us has been "remote" because we live in another state. They have treated us as if we live next door. A great thank you to this team of professionals as we move through the process of buying a home.
