      After having already been in a horrific car accident, sound credit union made my vehicle payoff process a nightmare. When giving my insurance the total loss number, sound credit misquoted/underquoted by $2,000. They caught this mistake AFTER my insurance already made the payment. Then required me to pay the remaining amount out of pocket due to their error, otherwise affecting my credit score. They even tried to scam more money by putting interest on the days I was unaware my loan wasn’t paid off. Hoax business.

      The sheer level of incompetence the tellers which work here have is appalling. Do not use this location or even this bank for that matter if you can avoid it. Absolutely THE worst bank I've ever done business with. Mostly due to the employees.
