      Nice location, friendly staff, ease of transaction, what's not to like? Alas, I did not win the contest for $25 grand, but there will be other contests. Perhaps I'll get a consolation prize for a friendly review. :)

      Why can't businesses like this publish the direct phone number for the branch? Having to call an 800 # and waiting in phone tree hell just for them to transfer the call after 20 minutes in NOT customer service! I decided to close my accounts. I opened them way back when the bank of Edmonds was established, kept them with the change to Bank of Wa & even with the buyout by SCU for some time. Not any longer. Lousy service has its consequences!
