      I have been trying to get a loan from other bank for 3 weeks knowing that I was already approved and I am glad that I didn't get it. I decided to go to Sound Credit Union hoping to get a personal loan with a 7.5% interest rate. I left with all the needed amount in my new account with only 2.44% 😃😃 The nice lady (Unfortunately I didn't get her name) worked with me on the loan and then she told me about an option that I have never thought about it. But the the end I left the bank happy and having a great deal Loved this bank, loved everyone there Thanks again and definitely will consider my coming loans with you!!

      I have had nothing but problems since opening an auto loan there. Each rep has a different answer for a question. I wanted to pay my car payment using a cash advance from my debit card and they couldnt figure out how to run a cash advance. I was promised a reduced rate for automatic payments so I set that up and then they said it has to come from a certain type of account, they have lied numerous times. They also opened a checking account without my approval or knowledge.
