      I am not current a member of Sound but when I needed a notary, Kristina @ the Bonney Lake Sound branch let me know that they would do a free notary for me just for being a part of the shared branching network. Above & beyond customer service! Thank you!

      Fraud handling procedures are brutal. Customer’s account was suspended without any access to existing or future deposits until their fraud department could investigate. Newly deposited funds were held for over 14 days. Caused extreme hardship for Individual who was scammed and offered no assistance.

      I have been with sound credit union for close to 10 years. The employees at the Bonney Lake branch are the best. They always smile and laugh. It is almost like dealing with family members.
