  We were first time homebuyers and looking to do a quick closing due to a tight deadline, which looked like an impossible task. My pre-approval with BofA required a large downpayment. Tony came in much later, was able to get the pre-approval for a much larger loan at lightning fast speed, was able to knock down all the loan conditions within an afternoon, managed to get the closing disclosures in hand, and was successfully able to get me to loan docs, and managed to close within 7 days since I first talked to him. He and his team are super efficient. Throughout the process, he always picked up the phone instantly, texted back promptly, and I felt as if I was his only client at all times. He is super easy to talk to, gets the lay of the land instantly just by asking a few questions, gives you the complete lowdown on the scenario and only promises what he knows he can deliver. I was impressed by his calm confidence and his ability to reassure me that it will get done much before the deadline, and it did. Everyone including the realtors, escrow officers were amazed at how quickly this was done and let me know that I had an excellent mortgage broker. They even said, they will go to him for quick to close cases. I will go back to him in future and enthusiastically recommend Tony to everyone I know. We are in our house only because of him.
