  I am so so glad that I chose SC Federal Credit Union for my first car loan, now I’ve got to spread the word! I used to dread the whole banking experience, where most major institutions treat you like a number and are reluctant to help. But with SCFCU, to say they treat you like a real person is an understatement. They go above and beyond to help you, starting from customer service all the way to the financial representatives. They’re local, kind, and a closely knit network that are eager to help. They helped me get an already great loan to start which was my first experience, but I didn’t realize I was in such good hands until I went to refinance my loan later on. After updating them with my new financial info and asking about the record-low interest rates they were actually excited to help me get an even lower rate. There was no debating or “fine-print” reminders, just a true “can-do” attitude and positivity! The superstar that reached out to help me was Cathy M. (thank you Cathy!) and we kept communication every step of the way via detailed emails and regular phone calls. I was never put on the back burner and felt like such a VIP. It was such a thorough process but yet I was able to do it all from the comfort of home. She saved me over a thousand dollars AT LEAST. It was awesome. Plus, I got the sweetest card after the experience, definitely don’t get that with a big bank! Whenever anyone asks me who they should go to for a loan, I always suggest SCFCU now. They’re honest, savvy, and all around make the process enjoyable.
