      Have had a checking account with them for over 20 years. Still using the same antiquated policies and limits for accessing your money. Just one example: Tried to use the ATM for $1000 withdrawal-denied. Tried for $800-denied. Tried $500 and denied and locked out because I had tried too many times! Limit is $500 and they won't change it regardless of the balance I carry in my account. The tell me to come in during business hours (which I work same hours they are open!) which defeats the whole purpose of the ATM afterhours. I asked for a limit increase, was interrogated and put on hold twice, then told I could take out $1000 anytime in the next 24 hours then it goes back to $500. Time to come into this century and be a little friendly on the phone!!
