      my mother had to use them during the sell of her house in high island, tx. the house final sold on monday this week, it took forever they had people missing during the first and second closing scheduled, i think the third time it was scheduled my mom called that morning to see what was needed from her only to find out they did not know it was that day. FINALLY GOT IT DONE THIS WEEK ON MONDAY MY MOM WAS FINALLY DONE.... NOPE CALLED THIS MORNING TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE HER MONEY WAS AT THE BANK... NOPE SOUTHLAND DECIDED TO DEPOSIT IN THERE ACCOUNT INSTEAD.... FINAL GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF THROUGH THE BANK THEY WERE NOT HAPPY WITH SOUTHLAND EITHER..... AVOID AVOID AVOID USING THIS COMPANY....
