  This bank on Grand Calliou is very slow in the morning at the drive thru. Disorganized. Opens a 8 am but not ready to work

  good people. Always nice. When I go there to help my mom, they always great. Mrs. Colleen and Lacy help out my mom when she needs it. All the girls welcome my mom like they are friends.

  Don't waste your time calling this branch and talking to Laci Smith in financing. Took me weeks to get an final answer. Some how her emails kept getting lost in the cloud or wherever they were going. Then when i called back a week later to follow up on no response or phone call. She was very rude when I inquired about what was going on. She had to call me back later after she searched through emails to determine who i was and what this was about. Even if she really did send those emails, and some how they didnt get through to me, most people follow up emails to their customers with a phone call!!! Give Cal Mckey a call over at the Bayou Blue branch. He will get you lined out and go over options with you step by step.
