  This place started fine, but in the end, it wasn't great at all. The communication between our sales person Daniel to the finance advisor John what we wanted on monthly price was not relayed to him. Good thing we said something to John he worked to give us a price for me and the wife that was okay for us. Secondly, Ben did not tell John about the rebate until again we had to tell John what was supposed to happen. Lastly, after we left Daniel told us the buyer receipt was going to be in the glove box which, if we didn't stop for dinner nearby, we would have driven back to Temple without proof. Again, John helped us out with the salespersons there before they closed on the 8th of July 2022. Another event that upset us was that Daniel told us that every piece of equipment was in the car beside the original FOB key, guess what, that Saturday we cleaned the back, no spare tire, and kit! Thank God we didn't get a flat driving back 2 hours to Temple. If we lived closer we would of been back to return the car!!! Besides that, there is more, but my wife addressed that in an email to the assistant Internet person and she was going to forward the email to the manager. I tried calling 3 times, twice for John but can't blame him because he is a financial advisor and seeing how he was not informed in the beginning about what we wanted, but helped us with the car, verifying the rebate, and getting us the paperwork we needed before we left Dallas. He is awesome, and made the paperwork process fun and informative. The third call on Saturday did talk to Ben and he was supposed back to me but now it's Wednesday nothing. Also, text Daniel on Monday which he did apologize that he thought he sent the form for us to sign but now it's Wednesday, and nothing. Me and my wife do take some fault that we forgot to sign the paperwork before we left for our rebate, but to our excitement, we forgot. We did return but Daniel and Ben were gone. Didn't want to do this, but nobody is trying to help us. Had to do this to make sure before anybody leaves, this dealership, to make sure you sign everything because going through email and phone it doesn't seems like they care to help because they got their sales and commission. Unless you live nearby, which we don't because we live Two and plus hours away in Temple

  They charged way too much for condenser and did not used my coupon like they supposed to. Not recommend this place
