They bought Colony bank and we have been without debit cards for going on a week now. They don’t have any information to give on the situation. They are not helpful or friendly. Looking for a new bank.

They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month I'll be locked out. They also don't credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. I'm looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.
