Went to bank on Saturday morning no one else in line took the teller almost 10 mins to deposit a local check this is not my first bad experience the branch manager did not know how to cash out a certificate of deposit and once they put money in wrong account same teller as this morning I think they need training I would like to update my post a little after my compliant I talked with the manager and we both discussed what happened and the problem I had was resolved everything worked out I think for both sides maybe I reviewed them too hastily but she listened and I listened and I think when people can resolve problems and admit fault on both sides goes a long way toward things being fixed
