  Was treated horribly when I went to pay my last bill on truck. Not one word of congratulations, just added more interest and got charged a fee for using my bank card. It was not a small fed either. Will never use this place again.

  We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to provide excellent member service, and it sounds like we fell short in this area. The interest charged was $1.16, which is the amount of simple interest that accumulated on your loan since your last payment on February 2nd. As a small company, we do have to outsource some services. Using another bank card is one of those services, and the fee incurred is passed onto the members that choose to use that service. However, we should have given you other payment options and shared your excitement about paying off your truck. As a one-time courtesy, we are happy to refund your fee to your share account.

  Worst service ever. Thought it would be a good idea to work with a lender close to the motorsports dealer. Wasted 3.5 days of my life, countless paperwork and documents for 22k loan for a slingshot. Then after all this time, they decided that I had invested to much money the year before on my tax returns for rental properties that I had purchased. Due to owning a business with a 375K income per year, I’m guessing I’m just suppose to put money in my safe and hope it grows. I can only hope they go bankrupt for wasting my time.
