Ever since this branch went to a drive thru only service is terrible! This branch was the best when Tangela was running it, but not since they moved Tangela to the Germantown location. The ladies at the Cordova branch will just sit and ignore you at the window, and even though the drive thru opens at 8 am, don’t expect to be waited on until at least 10 after. They get their snacks and their drink cups even though it’s after 8. No one cares that you are there when they open because you have to be at work on time, and don’t have time to sit there watching them ignore you. Same thing if you go later morning or afternoon. I don’t think they have a branch manager at this location now or any supervision. Best to go to the Germantown location. I foresee this drive up only branch closing soon!
