      WAYNE OWENS. I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am that my realtor, Kimberly Goines recommended Mr. Wayne Owens to me after my first lender fell through. I had found my dream home and honestly thought there was no hope after getting a ridiculously low FHA appraisal. I am so grateful that I switched to Southeast Mortgage because without Wayne Owen's help, I know that I absolutely would not have been able to close today.

      I will never recommend anyone to use this lender. This was the worst experience of my life. Buying a home should be the most exciting time of your life but it wasn't for me. I had to deal with miscommunication, changing of the closing cost (5 times to be exact even up to hours the day of closing), asking for documents that didn't have anything to do with the loan, and even the lies that was told. The 3 Kim's with Southeast Mortgage are triple trouble (Kim Harris-Lublink, Kim Mitchell, and Kim Bishop). FIND YOU ANOTHER LENDER!!!!!!
