      Staff seems nice most encounters but communication is terrible. We had nothing but issues due to lack of communication and when trying to talk with them about it the customer care left a lot to be desired. We’ve banked with small town credit unions as well as larger banks like Wells Fargo and have never encountered this type of experience.
