very nice people in drive through and lobby but never have enough money to cash large checks. will be moving to another bank!

Brought my mom in to open a account, took a seat the account rep come out numerous times while my mom was seated,never even looked at my mom or spoke to her, I personally have a account with them I found this highly disappointing we waited for over 15 minutes without a account rep to not even say sorry for the help,my mom said she was looked at as trash, I will be closing my account with them the customer service was not up to par with as many banks to choose from people should look elsewhere
