  Southern bank is great! I only use the main branch and this branch. The branch manager Susie is great and has always been amazing and helpful! Her staff is great and friendly! I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

  This location deserves less than a start. Southern Bank is great , but not this location. The manager suzi. Is horrible and the customer service is very poor. The banks forced us to have debit cards (instead of traditional checks and cash as payments) then when someone steals your info and makes fraudulent charges the bank shuts off your card and makes your pay 8 bucks for replacement. It happened to me 3 times and all 3 times I called customer service and went over her head. All 3 times I got refunded for the 8 bucks, but only after her telling me this will absolutely be the last time. Who treats their customers this way.. I Ean thousands of dollars through this bank every month.. sorry suzi if I get fraud charges again I WILL get my money back ...

  Was charge ONE HUNDRED NINETY SIX dollars for being overdrawn by less than $30, because there were multiple $1-$5 transactions that went through PayPal in the span of a few minutes. Contacted this location and was told I could be refunded 2 of the overdraft fees ($56). After questioning the ethics of the decision, I was told they could refund half, but these types of mistakes are ultimately on the client. Predatory. Would not recommend. After looking at it more, it all started with an unexpected $2 service charge and not seeing what was happening faster than their computers did.
