      I've been banking with Southern Bank for over 13 years. The staff is friendly and courteous. This particular branch has a wonderful bank manager that will go the extra mile for the customer. Since covid19 the inside of the bank is closed unless you call for an appointment. The drive thru is still open during operating hours. Pinetops is lucky to have this group of people.

      Terrible service. There was NO ONE (customers) in the bank and the tellers (two women- a brunette with glass and a short blonde hair leafy) were extremely unwelcoming and extremely unhelpful. It seemed as though they were not willing to assist with something as simple as setting up an account for my grandmother or withdrawing cash. They sent me to the ATM knowing it did not work.
