      Been with SFCU for almost 2 decades and they're the best. They gave me a GREAT rate on a car loan when my only other option was a "tote the note" used car lot robbery. They've stuck with me through good times and bad and I will stick with them as long as they're around.

      I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with SFCU. They take forever to respond to emails and or voicemails. They are never at the actual bank, they all work from home. They do not care about their members. It doesn’t matter how long you have done business with them, or how much money you have borrowed and paid back. I will no longer be doing business with SFCU. I’m closing my accounts with them, and I’m taking my business to another bank that actually cares about their members and their member’s loyalty.

      This bank is a joke. I worked for Transocean for 10yrs and these people will not remove 1 late payment from my report. I explained i am trying to purchase a home and like everyone knows this WILL effect you in that process. There is absolutely now customer loyalty. They do not care about you as a customer.
