      My husband and I started dealing with Southern Heritage Bank in 2016ish with Lewis McBryde. We thought he was trying to help us but that was not the case. It was confusion on what was agreed on to what was actually written in our loan terms from the beginning of our business arrangement until we sold our property. We were taken advantage of being new to investing and Lewis always had an excuse or a “rule” to back up him talking in circles and and making sure he’s covered on paper. My experience has been he will help who he wants to help and you better be sure to have another bank give you a second opinion- which is what I did after the deal was done. LEARN FROM ME!
