      Marsha has helped us so much over the last 20 years or so with home and personal loans. We just payed off our last home loan. We feel Marsha has been more of a wonderful neighbor than a banker. If you are looking for personalized customer service and being able to walk in and they know your first name, this is the bank I would recommend for anyone. Look up Marsha if you need a loan. Jim and Marsha came out to our property before we built some 8 years ago and they both seemed like old friends before they left.

      Terrible customer service in West Frankfort. I wanted to open a joint checking account with my sister. We had 100.00 cash (had to return home to get it) because they would not take a personal check written to us. Then they still would not even deposit the check to hold after we gave them the cash. We did not want access right away. We couldn’t even deposit it and let it sit until it cleared. It is “their policy” to not accept checks when opening an account. What the hell is a bank for? Rude, unprofessional, as new customers we were not even offered a seat in the office (we were wearing masks) she didn’t make us feel welcome at all. I will never recommend them to anyone. GO TO REGIONS 👌
