I went here about 3:30pm on a Friday to open an account. I was told to come back next Thursday! The employee was very obviously annoyed with my attempt. Said she can't do that now?? Will not go back on Thursday lol I felt like an inconvenience. It was a wholly unpleasant experience.

Out of date credit union. Been waiting over 3 weeks for my replacement debit card. I called today only to find out it was never ordered. Also my initial visit wasn't great either. Even though the woman helping me informed me the chip malfunction was happening to many. The bank manager grabbed my card from the tellers hand and was rudely telling me my card was not in the best shape. The area where chip was flawless with barley a scratch. She then proceeded to threaten too charge me for a new one. I will be taking my business elsewhere soon. UPDATE/ I was contacted by some sort of operations manager and he was helpful and very apologetic. I finally received my card two days ago. Well over a month and a half. I am increasing my stars to 3 for Michael's efforts.
