  I switched to this bank a few months ago. I am blown away with their customer service, drive thru tellers are ALWAYS happy and smiling, very fast, no long lines. So happy to have chosen the Marshall location!

  They have been so helpful and informative about the PPL application and forgiveness forms. I truly appreciate the guidance and support they gave. It seemed I had endless questions and they were very knowledgeable and kind.

  I would never recommend this bank for countless reasons, but first and foremost being that they transferred my funds, without my knowledge or consent, into an account that charged $7/month. Then, once the funds were exhausted, they closed my account, again, without my consent or knowledge. When I went to withdraw my funds, they informed me of this happening. I was confused and frustrated, and the lack of professionalism was astounding. The manager I spoke with was very unprofessional, and lacked any empathy or understanding for the frustration a customer may experience knowing their money was stolen by their bank. I was told she would follow up with another branch, she waited until the end of the call and I missed her call and returned it with a voicemail, with no response, so I followed up. When calling back, she stated "there's nothing we can do, any questions?" I feel disrespected and manipulated, by a bank I trusted with my funds, and I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
