She even worked hand in hand with our realtor to make sure we got our needs met. I HIGHLY recommend using Martha for your Mortgage needs.

  Martha and Leah worked tirelessly to get us a home loan. There was never a moment I couldn’t reach at least one of them with questions or issues, and Martha worked around my hectic schedule, even speaking with me late in the evening after business hours. When issues came up, they were open and honest with me about what was going on and how we could fix it. Overall, I would recommend Southern Mortgage to anyone seeking a home loan, especially if you have a situation that requires a little extra attention. This is the best mortgage company I have ever worked with!

  Martha was absolutely wonderful. She helped us get our credit where we needed it to be to get us approved. She walked us through every step, listened when we were frustrated, encouraged when we were down and ready to give up and finally got us in our dream home. Leah was amazing getting everything processed and made it seem so easy. We would not be in our forever home without them.
