Brian and Christy were a pleasure to work with. In 2020 Brian was able to assist me on a jumbo loan mortgage that all other lenders could not manage to do given my circumstances. A year and change later Brian reached out and advised with home values increasing and interest rates still low it would be a good time to refinance. Brian was able to get me out of a risky ARM loan and into a conventional fixed (1% lower) just before interest rates started flying up. If it wasn’t for Brian and his experience I would not have been able to make one of the best investments of my life. Knowing the market and attention to detail is absolutely crucial when it comes to your mortgage decisions and who you can trust making life impacting decisions. Brian is that guy.
