I would give zero star if I could. Got a renovation loan and later found out the loan officer and the contractor are partners. How awful and unethical. And the loan was sold to the other mortgage in 30 days. I will never ever recommend this provider to anyone.

They sold our loan to Specialized Loan Services, LLC less than 30 days after we moved in. They have sent both checks back to us claiming they have 'no record of our account' and have yet to set up our account. Clearly they do not care about their customers enough to know who they are doing business with. I will share this experience with everyone I come Into contact with. This is a horrible way to do business especially in a community this size. They sell loans to bottom feeders.
