  First of all the vibe is sow negative coming form the clerks, I have spoken to Donna the branch manager , yet the the clerks seem to want to do what ever they feel it’s wright to do , for instance tapping on my savings account , when my checking and prime account are the only ones to be touched , I had to speak with Donna , yust sow that I was able to apologize for being such a difficult customer, again DIFICULT CUSTOMER!!! Wow!!!! I Don’t get it pandemic is taking a toll any every one ?

  I called the southland call center to get the Carson branch phone number and the representative who's name is Bertha told me she doesn't have the Carson branch number. Bertha put me on hold for more than 25 minutes. All I wanted was the phone number. Bertha didn't want to give it to me. Seemed like it was a secret? Bertha was very rude and inconsiderate. it always seemed Like she only wanted me to talk to her and give her .y personal information. I don't know Bertha and I'm not gonna give my business information to her. My business is personal and only the branch you do business with you only trust. If anyone reading my review make sure you think again. If you are planning to do business with southland, think again. I don't think it's a credit union fit for real people that only want simple answers and simple questions answered. They should cater to you not southland we make them stay open. Fire or retrain Bertha. We don't need people like her giving us a hard time at this time of crisis.

  Hi Ray, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. To make it easy for our Members to reach us by phone, all branches are supported by one contact phone number: 800-426-1917. Our branches do not have main line phone numbers, so the Associate you spoke to was unable to transfer you to the Carson branch. Our Contact Center is staffed by highly knowledgeable Southland Credit Union Associates who serve Members from all Southland branches.
