      It's never a good day when you have to go to the branch but today was worse than usual. I actually allowed myself to be driven into a rage by the usual patent disrespect and rudeness that is SLCU. I deposited over 8K last week and they rufuse to let me have it. I just want to know why. Some smarmy teller lied to me and told me it hadn't cleared. I've checked w/the author of the check and it cleared last Friday. When I asked the branch mananger he sneered "you cant have it" and turned away and ,once again, lied to my face about the check not clearing. That's your SLCU. As per our texts yesterday I'm assuming my invitation to converse personally was not received well. This leads me to think that you actually called the branch and found out everything I said was true because all my money, previously described as " absolutely out of my reach", just showed up in my account. Coincidence? You want to play lifeguard to your manager, fine, just remember they have the potential to pull you under w/them.

      Lack of 24 hour or weekend support number is a huge fail. They freeze my card on the regular and then take off for the weekend leaving me helpless until Monday. This is the third time. They never answer my messages either. If it wasn't for this score would be much higher. This is not an issue with the branch itself. They are very helpful. But this needs to be fixed.
