  Ed and his team really made the mortgage process seamless! From start to finish, they kept the lines of communication open, provided quick responses, and worked together to formulate solutions to the little road blocks that often come up before closing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or refi!

  I was very disappointed. Last year in August, I reached out to Ed and his team after getting referred there. I wanted to buy my first home and wanted to get pre-approved. They Had good reviews and it was honestly a joke. I submitted all the papers my bank statements etc, everything you do as the process. Then weeks went by and never heard back. I tried calling and asking for updates just to get PRE-APPROVED! Every time I called I would get an automated text message saying “sorry in a meeting I can call you back after I am available.” This was all the time kinda strange and then I would text ED and never once did i get a text, call, or even a email back! By the end of October I knew they were a joke and didn’t want my services. So unprofessional that they couldn’t even tell me they didn’t want my service, i didn’t even get a word from them after getting all my paper work. It’s disappointing. I don’t recommend to anyone no matter how many good reviews they did get.They don’t even deserve 1 star, maybe the assistant for sure, but that’s about it.

Upon reviewing the file, it looks like we were experiencing difficulties in obtaining information and getting in contact with the co-borrower on the file? On a lending standpoint, it is vital to have all the accurate information and documentation upfront from all borrowers so we can issue an accurate pre-approval. It looks like you were fantastic at providing everything on your end and we appreciate that so very much as it allows us to efficiently work up numbers. Either way, we would appreciate the opportunity to repair any type of disappointment that you felt as that is not what we want our clients going through. We would love the opportunity to make it right and turn the unsatisfactory experience into a positive one. :)
